Vodafone Platinum Partner

The new Vodafone Partner Programme (VPP) recognises both the performance and capability of partners of all sizes. The Vodafone Channel Partners will be placed in one of three tiers Platinum, Gold and Silver according to their performance. The tiers are based on value, volume and levels of capability within the partners business.

Platinum status is the highest level with only 23 partners in the UK and Northern Ireland achieving this status out of a possible 400 partners. Partners in this tier will benefit from named contacts and support in marketing, commercial and account management along with bespoke commercial agreements and other beneficial rewards.

As Gold and Silver partners gain further skills in customer services and sell more Unified Communications (UC) they will have the opportunity to move from one tier to another if they reach their set performance goals at point of review.

The Vodafone Partner Programme is based upon four key pillars :

Performance enablers - ensuring that partners receive the right commercial incentives, including commissions and co-investment opportunities.

Dedicated support - offering Vodafone partners comprehensive sales and service support, through a dedicated team.

Business development - providing Vodafone partners with a business development toolkit that includes the very latest propositions, products, lead generation and best network while also sharing Vodafone's extensive marketing assets: from its multi-million pound advertising campaigns, Formula 1 sponsorship to Vodafone VIP and the new Customer Experience Centre at Vodafone's HQ in Newbury for Platinum and Gold partners

Capability - ensuring Vodafone partners have the right capabilities to scale up to sell more Unified Communications (UC) such as One Net, data services and the latest smartphones while taking them through the relevant accreditation processes.

Measurement against the KPI's are reviewed on a bi-annual basis, with members either migrating upwards or downwards, or maintaining their current tier status.
