How it works

The Vodafone Premier Partner accreditation programme is reserved for the top 20 partners in the UK and Northern Ireland and is constantly reviewed every 6 months to make sure the strict guidelines on customer service and results are overachieved as a minimum.

The Vodafone Channel Programme has three levels of membership - Premier, Certified and Registered.

To determine a programme member's tier Vodafone assess their performance against other members using several Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Measurement against the KPI's are reviewed on a bi-annual basis, with members either migrating upwards or downwards, or maintaining their current tier status.
